We love these chairs! We sit outside and watch the birds and just rock, they are so comfortable. I did get cushions thinking that they would be uncomfortable after awhile, but you really don't need the cushions, but I am glad I did get them it just makes the chair even that more comfortable. I like the fact that we don't have to worry about the weather and having to cover them or put them away for the winter. Glad we got them.

We recently purchased two swivel gliders. Durable and high quality. Comfortable. Inexplicably, both chairs arrived with "left arms" lacking holes for the screws.
Melissa came to the rescue. She overnighted two chair arms, which we received the following day - as she promised.
So we would offer two-thumbs up for customer service. Melissa provided exceptional care and help.
We had a good experience, notwithstanding the Left Arms for the two chairs that came without holes for the screws. We are very pleased with both the quality and the service.

I purchased 2 of these chairs and absolutely love them! Comfort can’t even begin to describe them. I have napped while gently gliding in them! My 85-year-old mom was here and fell in love with them! Thought they were a bit pricey but virtually miniatous-free and they don’t have to be put away for the winter. Worth the money!

Great furniture. Spendy but after you've had it for a while (a day, maybe two!) you realize it's head and shoulders better than anything else you've ever had.
